How We Conduct Business

Wavetec invests in the best people, technology and software to provide the utmost in service and support to our customers and manufacturers. All sales and administrative functions are maintained and monitored by a central computer server housed in our headquarters office. Additionally, a network of personal computers is linked to our order tracking system that:

• Tracks orders and invoices for all manufacturers and customers

• Generates inquiries and reports by individual manufacturer, customer, sales representative, line and territory

• Develops forecasts and reports that include; lead tracking, quotes,
  and order expedition

• Communicates by an internal server connecting Wavetec to all customers and principals.
